Capital Y Investments is a real estate investment company engaging in the purchasing, rehabilitating, and sales of real estate properties. Our focus is to assist those homeowners having a problem with foreclosure, behind on payments, inheriting a house, facing a divorce, downsizing, relocating, or have tax liens. We can help you! Over the past 8 years we have purchased, renovated, and resold ten properties. Our renovation division focuses on Capital Y properties completing remodels/rehabs delivering high quality results on time and within budget. In addition, the renovation division has completed numerous Bathroom/Kitchen remodels in and around the North Florida. Most recently, this division completed a number of large bathroom remodels in the Nocatee community of St. Johns County
